Returns

1. Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

   • A return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
   • Proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.
2. The following items are not eligible for return:
   • Customized or personalized products.
   • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or tampering.
   • Products that are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be credited once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
2. Approved refunds will be credites through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
